METAA CTO CLINIC SAFETY PROTOCOLS

(As of January 2022, subject to updates based on changing conditions)

METAA is requiring registrants to be vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to attending the CTO Clinic in-person held at the Doubletree Hotel in Milford. We will keep attendees informed about what to expect at the CTO Clinic through email notifications and updates on the event website as the date approaches.

Ensuring the safety of our attendees at the METAA CTO Clinic is a priority for us. When picking up your registration credentials, METAA will require the following:
1. Wear a mask
2. Show proof of vaccination (CDC vaccination card – hard copy or digital copy) to secure your registration badge.

Note: If you do not have your proof of vaccination, we will not be able to admit you into the event.
Here are a few things to expect at the in-person event:

Wear your mask:
Attendees are expected to wear face masks during all conference activities, except when eating or drinking.
Masks will be available on-site if you need one. Attendees will be reminded to wear a proper-fitting mask by event personnel.
We recommend attendees wear masks while traveling to and from the event and follow COVID-safe practices in the weeks leading up to the event. If you’ve engaged in activities or behaviors that put you at high risk for COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend but view our recorded sessions once they become available on the event site.

Be mindful of your own health:
If you or someone you’ve had close contact with has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or hasn’t been feeling well for any reason, please stay home. You can still view our recorded sessions once they become available on the event site.

Please re-imagine greetings and social contact:
We are all very much looking forward to warmly greeting and interacting with each other, but please find alternatives to traditional greetings (e.g., offering a wave or a head nod in place of shaking hands). Be mindful that fellow attendees might be less comfortable than you with close contact or sharing spaces.

If you do not agree with our safety protocol, we kindly ask that you do not attend but view our recorded sessions once they become available on the event site. Thank you for your understanding and for helping METAA provide the safest in-person conference environment possible for all attendees.
