Learn more about the Municipal and School Programs and Grants offered by the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS). There will be a particular emphasis on the Municipal Cybersecurity Awareness Training Grant, IT Health Checks, and the Municipal Fiber Grant. Information regarding IT networking opportunities amongst IT Directors across the Commonwealth and Mass Cyber Center will also be shared.

About
Susan Noyes joined EOTSS a little over a year ago, serving in the Office of Municipal and SchoolTechnology (OMST). Their mission is to support local government efforts to effectively serve theirresidents, students, and employees through the use of technology. They provide and administerinformation about technology grant opportunities available to local government, creating opportunity forin-person and virtual collaboration across the Commonwealth and regionally, provide technical assistance to position communities for successful technology initiatives, and promote state resources that can improve local government operations. Susan also participates on in Mass Cyber Center cybersecurity advisory councils and working groups.

Prior to joining EOTSS, Susan served as a municipal employee for 17 years in multiple capacities, mostrecently as an IT Director. She holds an A.B.A. in Management from Newbury College and prior tojoining the public sector had a successful career in the corporate high-technology field serving in aTechnical Support and Professional Services Management capacity both domestically and overseas.
