Dean is currently the Director of Engineering at WCA and has been with the company since 1985 when he joined the technical team. Dean brings over 35 years of experience working with all WCA clients across all vertical markets. Dean has held many technical certifications throughout his various roles at WCA. Today, Dean works with the account teams and the TAM Team to provide both business and technical design and deployment consulting services. Dean also works directly with our manufacturers to determine that our portfolio of products and services continues to be on the cutting edge while meeting all out client's needs.

Bill has recently joined Whalley Computer Associates (WCA) to formalize our Technical Account Management function by drawing on his decades of experience in the enterprise IT space. Bill’s background in building and managing enterprise IT infrastructure for companies like Rational Software and Carbon Black allows him to share our customer’s perspective as he has sat on that side of the desk as a Whalley customer for over a decade. One of Bill’s primary roles at WCA is to further develop the Technical Account Management Team.
Matthew is currently the Director of Technology and Systems at Holyoke Public Schools and has been with HPS since 2016. Matthew has a broad background in education as a former Math Teacher, Operations Director, Principal, and founding staff member at charter schools in TX, CT, and MA. Matthew holds a Master's in Education Leadership from Columbia University and a BS in Operations Management from UMass-Amherst. Currently, Matthew oversees all technology and data operations for HPS. Over the course of his six years with HPS, Matthew has overseen the turnaround of technology and data services within HPS by restructuring the district's server infrastructure, upgrading network connections, improving security and reliability, and deploying thousands of Chromebooks, laptops, and iPads for 1:1 learning.

Chris is in his third year as Managing Director of IS at St. John’s Prep in Danvers, Ma. He has been around Education directly or with companies that focus on supporting Education for over 20 years. Chris worked at Gann Academy for 6 years as the Director of IT from 2010 – 2016. Then ran the service arm for WCA supporting both schools and corporate customers before returning to Education.
