We’ll talk about strategies for planning and tracking your budget needs for both the short and long term.  School Committees, Superintendents, and Business Managers have varying understanding of technology lifecycles and ultimately look to you for prudent and reasonable budget requests.  How do you do it?

About
Lee was born and raised in Colorado but has been in the Boston area since 1993. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Colorado State University-Pueblo, he taught middle school music for the Fountain-Fort Carson Public Schools near Colorado Springs. In 1993 he moved to Weston Massachusetts and began graduate coursework at Boston University in the field of Educational Media and Technology. While completing his doctoral coursework he taught undergraduate and graduate coursework in for the Boston University School of Education. Lee has worked as the Technology Coordinator in Wilmington, Belmont, and has been with the Weston Public Schools since 2008.
